Website descriptions provide general information about Eversafe Restoration. The work, responsibilities, price, payment arrangements, scheduling, and any applicable warranty terms for a project should be identified in the written project agreement.
Confirm included work
Assessment, extraction, material removal, cleaning, drying, documentation, repairs, reconstruction, and testing are not interchangeable. Confirm which items are included and which require separate coordination or authorization.
Testing and insurance
Post-remediation testing is not automatically included in the standard mold remediation scope or price. When requested or required, testing or verification may be separately coordinated. Insurance coverage and payment remain subject to the applicable policy and carrier determination.
Project-specific terms
This page does not promise a universal warranty, guaranteed outcome, fixed response time, or a particular payment arrangement. Ask Eversafe to clarify any applicable terms in writing before authorizing work. This website update does not amend an existing signed project agreement.
