Inspection based on documented conditions

An assessment may include visual review, moisture assessment, documentation of affected materials, and discussion of project requirements. Mold color alone does not establish species, and an inspection does not diagnose medical conditions.

Testing is not automatic

When specifically requested or required by an owner, carrier, consultant, project specification, or other authorized party, post-remediation or other testing may be coordinated separately. The testing professional’s findings remain separate from Eversafe’s remediation work, and testing is not automatically included in the standard remediation scope or price.

Scope and next steps

Recommendations are based on documented site conditions, moisture conditions, affected materials, project requirements, professional judgment, and applicable ANSI/IICRC S520 principles. Health questions should be directed to a qualified medical professional.
