Testing, verification, repairs, reconstruction, and other work are not automatically included unless specified in the written scope. Post-remediation testing may be separately coordinated when requested or required. Independent testing findings remain separate from Eversafe's remediation work.
Documentation and communication
Supporting records may include estimates, photographs, moisture documentation, invoices, and drying records. Insurance coverage and payment remain carrier decisions under the applicable policy. Eversafe does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
